History

Red Stix beautifully captures the sights, smells and tastes of Asian street food. Our menu is a culmination of Chef Uno’s childhood memories in Thailand and her wide-ranging travels.

The finishing flourish of each hand-crafted bowl or sandwich is a Red Stix — our signature yakitori skewer. Each Red Stix is threaded with morsels of chicken, pork, or steak, bathed in our umami-rich, silky marinade and grilled over binchotan charcoal. Our grill-masters vigorously fan them until the coals hiss, flames spark, smoke puffs and the meat quickly cooks to juicy, charred deliciousness. The Red Stix are nestled atop the bowls or sandwiches that our guests customize with layers of fresh vegetables, pickled daikon, and herbs.
