Brittainye Wise started her first business at the age of 17; she combined her love for dance and children to create a dance team for children. Through Brittainye's love for creating, she served as choreographer and director of Wise Moves Dance. This team would go on to perform throughout the community, through her business skills she acquired a contract with the local recreation centers to teach dance classes where she would later embark on a dance fitness journey and begin teaching adults in addition to owning a marketing, event planning, consulting firm, and even a carpet cleaning business and more. Brittainye used business to overcome homelessness, poverty, childhood trauma and abuse making it her goal to improve her family legacy. Ms. Alonzo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She began her career in property management in 1998, including on-site operations, project management, business development, and multi-family housing marketplace.  Ms. Alonzo is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and has started her path to the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) credential.
